| 2009 Audi A3 2.0L Charging VIN: WAUHE78P39 Thank you for all the reply's, Did a voltage drop on the b+ and was ok, checked neg- side and found 2.75 voltage drop, BINGO found it, the stud for the ground wire at the starter was bad, was able to clean up and is charging 13.9 volt now.
