| 2010 Ford Expedition EL XLT 5.4L Poor Idle Quality, Misfire, MIL Lamp on VIN: 1FMJK1G54A Ran through some more tests. Came down to the oil pressure like everyone has replied. Put 20-50 oil in it cleared up all issues. Customer wanted cheap fix eventually will need high pressure oil pump or in worse case scenario motor.
