My question is how the edit the vin stored in the pcm when the vehicle is NOT equipped with skim or wcm ? I have a witech2 and a starscan,but I can't find the edit function, there is no page forward like the old drb.I hope someone has the answer. Thanks Ron

Fixed! :))) Thanks for all the great suggestions and ideas! Appreciate very much. Here is what happened: First I checked for a chip as Richard suggested and no chip was installed. Next I did a ETC relearn and cam/crank relearn, retested, and same stall in... Trouble codes: U0100, U0103, U0155, U1408 (Implausible brake signal), U1108 (Lost eng. coolant message), P2638 (Torque management feedback signal performance).
