I am closing this post with out a fix. The van was towed to the dealer, and I no longer work at the shop. Another new sensor was installed and the pig tail was replaced. Still would not start. I would have to suspect that that the signal wire has a break some ... Trouble codes: P0335 (Crankshaft position sensor).
