| 2005 Ford Five Hundred Limited 3.0L MIL Lamp on VIN: 1FAHP28155 Ok, So rather interesting information from several people. Apparently the actual fuel pump activation is 2X the commanded amount. So if you command 60% the pump shuts off. This explains the lack of fuel pressure at anything above 49% fuel pump command. As for... Trouble codes: P0171 (Lean Bank one), P0174 (Lean Bank two). |

| 2008 Ford Ranger XLT 3.0L MIL Lamp on VIN: 1FTZR44U38 Finally got it fixed and verified the repair. Turns out the PCM I installed (from Ford) was a rebuilt part and is the same part number as the PCM for the 4.0L, this is a 3.0L. Even though I installed updates the scan tool was reading 4.0L and installing update... Trouble codes: P0174 (Lean bank 2). |
