Honda would not give out the key code for temporarily working around immobilizer even with title in hand and after purchasing a factory key. Was able to program factory key into PCM with Maxisys. Thank you guys for all your help.

first off I would like to thank everyone for there help and I did fix this vehicle , the problem was two fold first the head was damaged during machining and the piston was damaged I replaced the engine.
