Thanks everyone for your input; and sorry very much for the delay in closing this 'techHELP.' The oxygen sensors got to the root cause and so batting a 1000% as we get close to finishing the year. Thanks again for your time and help; happy holidays.

Fixed -Technician replaced EPAS steering gear. -Internal analysis of PSCM finds water and mud has entered from side seal. -Waterline indicates internal (70 amp) main relay to be compromised under freezing conditions
