2003 Hyundai Tiburon GT 2.7L Heater core VIN: KMHHN65F03
Car came in with heater core leaking into passenger floor. We replaced with 3 different cores and flushed the system thought in case electrolysis was the cause. The last heater core was OEM. Also new thermostat & cap. The last core lasted only 3 months.

Thanks to all aspecially Paul in NC. He provided me with the info that I really needed. My OTC Ford Master Kit lists it's tool as identical to special tool #303-507. I could not see how this tool could work. Paul told me his factory tool is exactly 1.5 inches....
