| 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo 4.0L Up shift VIN: 1J4GW48S42 Thank you for your help Techs. I replaced the governor solenoid and sensor and that fix the problem. I used the snap-on verus and noticed it would jump from 1st to 3rd. Randomly trying to go to 2nd but never able. Thanks again for the help. |

| 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo 4.0L Misfire, MIL Lamp on VIN: 1J4GW48S42 I was able to find the TSB for sticking valves. The exhaust valves rotate above 3200 rpm. If the engine is never reved that high they never rotate and begin to stick open but only under certain loads and rpm. You are suppose to remove the rockers and rotate...
