1999 Chevrolet Blazer 4.3L No Start VIN: 1GNCS13W4X
Ennis from California nailed it. I found 2 broken wires in the blue connector to the ECM. Wires off broke right at the terminals - Pins #31 & #32. Pin #31 goes to the crank sensor. Not sure where 32 goes but I repaired them both and it fired right up. Thanks ...

2002 Chevrolet Trailblazer LT 4.2L MIL Lamp on, Won't accelerate
Thank you all for the advice. After double checking harnesses and doing wiggle tests to no avail, replaced the pcm and the vehicle starts and runs fine now with no mil light on. Trouble codes: P1271 (Excessive Difference between pedal position sensors), P1275 (Accelerator Pedal position sensor circuit 1).
