| 2001 Saturn SL2 1.9L Excessive Emissions, Poor Idle Quality, Hesitation, Stall, Misfire, Poor Fuel Economy Basically what it came down to was igntion. After further testing we found that the igntion voltage was as low as 10.5 volts at times. The alternator was failing.
