| 1997 Ford Ranger XLT 4.0L Excessive Emissions VIN: 1FTDR15XXV Truck idles and drives well. Runs very rich. Ecm will go into closed loop at first--short term fuel trim -23, inj pulsewidth 2.7ms, o2 sensors at .89v. Eventually, ecm goes to open loop with stft at +3.
