Thanks all for your valid ideas!! Turned out it was a combination of Leaking lower intake manifold and crappy cap and rotor... Now with new OE cap and rotor hardly notice the van running, except for the rattle cat... were gonna fix that next. Thanks again fo... Trouble codes: P0300 (Acutaully cylinders 7a nd 3 are missing).

Problem was the cat , removed the cat looked in both ends looked good cut the cat case in the middle and the material around the ceramic had failed in between the two pieces of cat material there was some minor melting of the rear piece so it will get 2 new o2... Trouble codes: P0300.
