| 2005 Chevrolet W3500 Tiltmaster W3S042 5.2L Surge, Cuts out, Stall, Poor Fuel Economy, MIL Lamp on VIN: Y8BE5B1656 Joe from Calif. Suggested checking the SCV terminal. Pull it off, check for corrosion. Ensure the terminal fit is tight when installed. If not, tweak it so the fit is tight. It was definatly sticking open causing all the symtoms. We replaced the thermostat with a Delco and all is well!The only thing that threw us off is the temp gauge showing cold instan...
