| 2004 Mazda 6 i 2.3L Hesitation, Surge, MIL Lamp on VIN: 1YVFP806C6 This fix ranks up there with the strange ones. It turns out the timing was off. I pinned the crank and could get the cam lock bar in to lock the cam's but it had to be forced in and there was no slack at all between the two cams. Its just seemed a tad too tigh... Trouble codes: P0340. |

Car was sent to the dealer and was diagnosed as a faulty PCM, which was my guess on it to fix it. It is up in the air as to whether the customer will fix it or not.... |

I can load the converter update file but 1/2 the time when you use the check file utility it says the file is bad. I think the card is only holding some of what is written to... |
