1997 Ford Explorer XL 4.0L MIL Lamp on, erroneous data VIN: 1FMDU34X8V
Despite everyones help (which I appreciate very much), I'm not sure I've learned very much or can help others on this one. The vehicle is out there and hasn't turned on the mil or set any codes. It has been driven daily many hunderds of miles now and runs fine... Trouble codes: P0171, P0174.

1999 Ford Windstar SEL 3.8L MIL Lamp on VIN: 2FMDA5348X
I had the customer leave the car overnight and was able to verify a vacuum leak in the upper intake on initial start and went away after a few minutes of running I replaced the gaskets cleared the memory and so far so good. thanks to all who replied

1999 Ford Explorer XL 4.0L Poor Idle Quality, MIL Lamp on VIN: 1FMZU32X4X
The crank sensor fixed the misfire code 1309 and the stalling problem, as I stated in the update I replaced the DPFE as one reply indicated it could cause my lean code issue. She has been on the route 2 weeks now and she reports all is well. Thanks again to al... Trouble codes: P1309 (misfire monitor error), P0171 (lean bank 1), P0174 (lean bank 2).
