1995 Oldsmobile Achieva S 3.1L Shift Points
New transmission will not shift electronically. Car starts in 3rd gear instead of 1st and will not shift up or down. If you shift it manually it has all gears, up and down. Scanner shows with/out shifting all shift points are there and clean. Help!
