Agreed, it does feels like is in stuck in 4 hi. I felt engagement and disengagement from hi 4 to low 4, but it makes no difference from low 4 to full-time 4x4. There is no 2 wd option. I can feel all wheels gripping in normal full-time mode. Customer states it...
