The vehicle has a good 1-2 shift, clean fluid, clean pan, but no 2-3 shift. The scan tool (OTC Genisys) shows a comand for a 2-3 shift. Also we checked the B wire on the connector for an Amp reading when 2-3 is commanded and got 5 amps. The spec is 3 to 6 amps...
