1994 Cadillac DeVille 4.9L Belt area
This vehicle makes a howling/groaning sound from the area near the water pump,alternator,tensioner area. There is no noise when the belt is off, so I know that is an accessory and not the engine. You have to raise the idle speed to over 1800 rpm then the noise...
