1989 Cadillac DeVille 4.5L BCM, ECM
Owner brought the car in. The digital dash on the CCP and fuel control panel, radio were all flickering as well as the 'service soon' light. The blower is on high, there is no control over the CCP panel. There is no AC. Please help.
