40 years as a mechanic and this is a headscratcher. Engine boils over at @ 219 degrees. Replaced Thermostat, Coolant bottle and coolant cap. All OEM. Still does it. Checked for head gasket problem with blue dye 3 times and does not turn yellow. Substituted...
