1999 Cadillac DeVille d'Elegance 4.6L Cooling fan
We have a 1999 Cadillac Deville that is overheating while sitting still. The cooling fans will not come on. When grounding the relay both fans operate as they should. When turning on the A/C only the low speed fan is commanded on by the PCM. You can watch live...
