1998 Chevrolet Malibu LS 3.1L Cooling Fan
Hi all, I have this Malibu that came in with the customer complaining about the cooling fans won't come on. I tested the cooling fans by entering the test on the scanner, and they seem to operate as required. So I'm thinking that the computer is not grounding ...
