1996 Cadillac Seville STS 4.6L Cooling Fans
Both cooling fans operate at low speed. Right cooling fan works at high speed. Left fan will work if I ground relay 1 control wire at PCM. PCM should ground this wire for both high and low speeds. I grounded Temp Sender wire (yel) to see if I could trick the c...
