1994 Chevrolet C1500 Cheyenne 5.7L Heater Core
Posted to GM Engine on 10/15/2003 14 Replies

I have an electrolysis problem which has caused the heater core to fail. My main question is how much voltage in the coolant is acceptable? I am getting 1.15 volts when measuring between the coolant and batt ground. How much is too much?
