Subject truck came in with engine knock at just off idle. Noise sounded like carbon knock. Ran carbon cleaner thru engine with no change. Removed left cyl. head and found all cyl's 'clean'. Removed oil pan and found # 1 rod bearing hammered on top half, cranks...
