Van towed into shop with no start condition. Checked fuel pressure, 0 PSI. Replaced fuel pump. Engine won't start, fuel pressure OK after pump change. Further checking reveals broken camshaft, and the cam bearings beaten out of bearing bores. Question is wheth...
