Good morning! I am working on a 95 Buick Park Ave. 3.8l with the supercharger. KOEO the cooling fans run all the time. There are no codes. I ran MOD Chart C-12B fans on at all times. When I got to the end it says to replace the PCM, it did not fix the problem,...
