1996 Chevrolet Monte Carlo LS 3.1L Radiator

Car came in because 'low coolant' light was on. Noticed oil in overflow jug. Removed rad. cap, and oil there also. Coolant was low. Pressure tested, but did not see any leaks. Oil looks clean. No evidence of water on underside of oil filler cap. I am wondering...
