1988 Oldsmobile Delta 88 Royale 3.8L Engine Seized Up (Hydro Lock)
attention GM techs how do you diagnose if it is the intake gasket or the manifold? was running had white smoke out tail pipe was not overheated and then once shut off will not start again.
