used all new parts from gm: t-belt, actuator, tensioner pulley, guide pulleys. followed instructions per mitchell. timing belt sounds loose, clicking noise as if it's flapping. appears to be as tight as possible. stethoscope to guide pulleys or tensioner pulle...
