1991 Chevrolet Astro CL 4.3L Engine
Low mile vehicle that only puts out blue smoke on cold startup. I would like to know if this is a known problem ( any TSB's?) Also are these valve stem seals servicable (easily) on the engine. Any hints or advice will be greatly appreciated!
