Has 1.3 amp draw for about 30 seconds then drops to 135 ma. Pulling fuse 20 for the ICBM in the underhood fuse box drops it to almost nothing. I've waited 15 minutes for the draw to drop and it doesn't. If I unplug the connectors at the BCM, the draw goes away...
