1999 Chevrolet Express 2500 5.7L Won't Start
Hello all and thanks in advance, My neighbor has this van with a very strange starting problem in that when it rains hard, it often won't start. When it does this you will see erratic operation of the instrument cluster while cranking such as the speedo needle...
