2002 Chevrolet Astro 4.3L Rear Defogger
this astro van has an electrical rear defogger thats inop. 40 amp fuse in under hood relay box is good. 30 amp under dash fuse is cold no voltage. if I apply voltage to the 30 fuse under the dash the defogger switch light in the hvac control head will light up...
