cust came in with fuel gauge and headlts flickering--scoped fuel gauge-no problem found w circuit-will rec cluster--however only 11.2 volts found at headlts/ .15 drop on ground circuit. jumped relay and still same voltage however fuse to relay remains at 13.7 ...
