1998 Cadillac DeVille 4.6L Will Not Start
starter was drawing 698 a before replacement and after only 142 a. now it is back up to 379 a the alternator tested good and the battery is good. the right rear window is not working ??? cables were good. the car can be jumped off and started, taken a mile dow...
