1998 Cadillac DeVille 4.6L Theft System On
this 98 caddy came in for a battery and now that I've changed it the car won't start. I checked for spark (which is there) and than for noid (no noid). seems to me that the theft system is armed. have excellent fuel pressure and spark but will not start unless...
