1998 Buick Park Avenue 3.8L Fuel Gauge
After replacing the battery the fuel gauge swings 180 degrees around and points in the downward position when the key is first turned on and stays there. It also happened to me on a 98 Chevy Malibu with a 3.1L. The way I fixed it was to pull the instrument pan...
