1990 Chevrolet Lumina Euro 3.1L Dash Panel
at aprox. 5mph actual speed, speedometer is reading 30 mph and w/ rpms at 1000 rpm ,tach is reading 3k rpm , scanner data reading normal and no codes. has anyone hit this b/f. we have no related tsb's in our books and can get no help from tech lines . this car...
