1991 Chevrolet astro 4.3L horn
this is a wierd one guys. horn is inop...traced it to no ground at steering column shaft. where does the ground path travel? how does the shaft itself receive its ground? from the lower bearing assy? this is a non-tilt wheel. I am baffled...customer is antsy. ...
