1999 Oldsmobile Cutlass GL 3.1L Ign. Lock Cylinder
This car has the igniton switch and lock cylinder in the dash. The switch is stuck in the lock position. The shifter is stuck in park. The steering wheel is not locked. I tried the customer's extra key, it doesn't work either. I can't get the lock cylinder out...
