1997 Chevrolet Astro 4.3L Daytime Running Lights
Daytime running lights will not work. Have grounded the relay to the battery, have replaced the relay twice (thought possibly bad relay)and replaced the daylight running modlue becuase of low voltage. Voltage seems to be fine but still no power to the headligh...
