1998 GMC Jimmy Envoy 4.3L Ignition key
Quite simply, we can't get the ignition key out of the lock. The lock will not rotate into the "lock" position and Mitchell is not very helpful. We believe that the solenoid in the steering column is at fault, but we have no troubleshooting information.
