Pin #B6 of ECM is labeled "PASS-Key Signal".

Voltage specified is 2.5v ! KOEO or KOER. I do not believe this voltage, nor am I willing to smoke the ECM testing.

The PASS-Key decoder module pin #A2 is the "cranking fuel enable control"
