1998 Buick LeSabre Custom 3.8L Horn
This is my own car. When temperatures are beloow 20 degrees [...] horn will not [...] soon as interior warms, it will resume operating.I believe it is the switch ,however Buick says they have to varify it and of course it never does it for them. My question is...
