1990 Cadillac DeVille 4.5L Security, Starting
I am having a problem with the vats system on this Caddy. When it came in it wouldn't crank no juice to the starter. Tested wires comming from the lock cylinder and read open loop. Chip in the key had 6k ohms. Replaced lock cylinder and now have 6k ohms commin...
