1999 Chevrolet Cavalier 2.2L Anti Theft System
Vehicle came to shop with bad lock cylinder.[would not turn] Replaced lock cylinder and vehicle started and ran. shut off to open door and vehicle would not restart. Theft light blinked 3 times and then stayed lit. Tried again same result except light flas...
