2004 Cadillac CTS 3.6L Windshield Wiper
This car is a loaner for a local body shop I do work for. In the morning when he first starts it, the wipers will come on for a while - maybe 3 swipes, maybe 10 or more, then they shut off and are okay. They haven't failed to work when turned on. I have tapped...
